Marrow with Beef||Koosa gosht||Zucchini and beef||Beef recipe with koosa||Arabic vegetable with beef

Koosa or Marrow or Zucchini has lot of health benefits.
Naturally fat free, low in calories and lot of fibre.
When you cook koosa with beef its taste very good, delicious and healthy.
Ingredients i used in this curry as per my requirements are below
Oil = 1/4 cup or 50 ml
salt = 3 sp as per your taste
curry powder = 1 1/2 sp
coriander powder = 1 1/2 sp
turmeric powder = 2 sp
Red chilli powder = 2 sp
Meat masala = 2 sp
onion = 3 large
ginger garlic paste 3 sp
coriander copped 1/2 cup
