In this video I have first explained what is the difference between the tier 1 and tier 2 capital of the banks. then I have told what exactly comprises the tier 1 and tier 2 capital of the banks. then I have further divided the tier 1 capital into common equity tier 1 capital and additional tier 1 capital. After this explanation I have explained what is tier 1 capital ratio, cet 1 ratio, capital adequacy ration which is also known as CRAR capital to risk weighted assets ratio.
