SM: Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Extra :: Full Game Playthrough ft. All Characters (1080p/60fps)

Sonic The Hedgehog 2 Extra is, what feels like a Full Game mod of Sonic Mania Plus, created by Chemical Star!

With it being well over 2 & a half years, the mod has finally been released!

Sonic 2 Extra as you can see, brings in Sonic 2 sprites, all 100% complete, with the exception of the Title Screen, Menu, and various other changes.
Also, there's a fix where breaking the sneaker box in super state will not slow you down.

Now I can definitely say this maybe the very first time I've ever done a Full Game Playthrough. I think from the first time getting Sonic Mania back in 2018, I originally wanted to do a Playthrough at that point, but instead ended up starting Mod Showcases which has been pretty awesome. But now, instead of doing typically 3 or 5 zones with all 5 characters, I decided to go all out and play it start to finish, with the twist being all characters and their super forms!

The start of the video was more or so random, just to show off the menu & the special stages. The actual start of the run begins at 4:25.
