Are women really empowered in 21st century. Advancement is not an empowerment. It is a hypocrisy celebrate by hypocratic modern society. Where values, culture, ethics, compassion, cooperation all is missing. On the other hand these slum area women, who don't know how, where and why to get their young ones provided education. No awareness no helplessness. There is a huge gap in both world, and both are devastated, one from externally another from internally. Parishad tries to fill the gap.
