Aurus Senat is a Russian executive class car manufactured by FSUE "NAMI" in Moscow and Sollers-Elabuga in the city of Elabuga of the Republic of Tatarstan.

It is produced in two body types - the sedan "Aurus Senat S600" and the limousine "Aurus Senat Limousine L700". The armored limousine Aurus Senat is the main official vehicle of the President and Prime Minister of Russia. The name for the model was chosen after the name of the Senate Tower of the Moscow Kremlin.

The development of the Aurus Senat car has been carried out since 2012 by FSUE "NAMI" in the department under the leadership of D. Pak within the framework of the "Cortege" project to create executive class cars for the travels of the President of Russia. For the first time, the Aurus Senat limousine and sedan were presented to the general public during the inauguration ceremony of the President of Russia on May 7, 2018.

The Russia-USA summit in Helsinki on July 16, 2018 became the first foreign trip of the Russian president, where Aurus cars were involved. Limousines, sedans and minibuses were delivered to the Finnish capital in advance by plane.

Aurus Senat was presented at MIAS-2018 and the Geneva International Motor Show 2019. On the basis of the Aurus-412300 Senat sedan for the Victory Parade, three ceremonial convertibles Aurus-412314 were made.

Aurus Senat is equipped with a hybrid power plant, including a 4.4-liter V8 petrol turbo engine, developed in collaboration with Porsche Engineering. It is planned to equip the model with a V12 engine developed by NAMI with a working volume of 6.6 liters, equipped with four turbochargers and having an estimated power of 830 hp.

In August 2019, the base cost of the Aurus Senat sedan was named at the opening of the showroom in Moscow - 18 million rubles. (about $ 275 thousand at the exchange rate at that time). At the end of February 2021, the administration of the official group Aurus Russia on the social network VKontakte announced that preliminary contracts were concluded at a cost of 22 million rubles. (approximately $ 296 thousand at the current exchange rate). The first deliveries of Yelabuga production cars to customers are scheduled for May 2021.

Since September 2020, Aurus Senat has been used in official events by the heads of the subjects of the Russian Federation. In particular, a snow-white sedan was used during the inauguration of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan
