Curried Chicken cooked in Gozney Dome

A very last minute dinner decision, rubbed some chicken thigh fillets with curry powder mix taken from the Curry Guy recipe, added ginger, garlic, lemon juice, coriander and chilli….. fired up the #gozneydome using gas (it’s sooo quick!) and got my cast iron flat skillet nice and hot, dropped in the chicken and cooked at around 300c oven temp for around 13 minutes. Served with spinach and sweet corn daal and pilau rice from The Curry Guy books.

I hadn’t banked on my son recording so final presentation isn’t wow factor and nothing had been prepped! Creds to my son for the video and semi humerous editing ❤️
