We also discuss Tropical Storm Vicky breaking the record for earliest named "V" storm, last one was on October 9, 2005. We also discuss how Tropical Storm Teddy could become Major Hurricane Teddy and possibly threaten Bermuda or the East Coast of the US. We also discuss the potential for Tropical Disturbance 2 to become Tropical Storm Wilfred later this week.
