Keema Spaghetti / Keema Noodles / Spaghetti Bolognese

Hello Everyone!
We are back with a new recipe Keema Spaghetti from Boudha. This Local Tibetan keema Noodle is one of the popular street food in Boudha. Tibetan Keema Spaghetti is made in a similar way as Spaghetti Bolognese but it is spiced with lot of Tibetan spices like Sichuan Pepper, chili, vinegar and soy sauce. The best part of this recipe is its simplicity. Minced meat Spaghetti is normally made with buffalo meat but you can also make it with pork, chicken or lamb. Spaghetti is normally served on a base of sauce and topped with fried minced meat. It is super delicious to eat.

Here is the complete list of the ingredients:
250 gm spaghetti
150 gm bok choy / pak choi or Spinach

For chili oil:
100 gm chili flakes
200 ml cooking oil
1 tbsp Sichuan Pepper
1 tsp salt

For Frying the minced meat:
450 gm minced meat
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 large onion
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp Sichuan pepper
1 chopped tomato (optional)
water if you are using tomatoes
Soy sauce, chili oil, Sichuan pepper as per taste
