Unusual Cleaver Restoration

This unusual cleaver was one of my butcher friend's and he couldn't use it because of its condition.
Cleaver was at least 30 years old and was used by his dad back then. When I visited him, this beautiful knife caught my eye
and I asked him the story of it. As soon as he finished the story, I asked for permission to restore the cleaver and he accepted.
I tried to make my best and I am satisfied with the result and I hope you enjoy the process too.At the end of the video, I asked my
friend to make a test on the raw meat and I shot the test, if you are sensitive to see raw meat being minced, you can skip the
interval between 15:38 and 16:06

I have made 6 hours of shooting and the process lasted for (estimately) 20 hours.
Editing took me 4-5 hours.
