SURPRISE SURPRISE!

Okay so this is saras, my bestfriend since the past TEN YEARS. She's been there for me through EVERYTHING. Ups and downs, fun and crash, everything. We went to the same school.
I would land up at her house without even informing her. She was the closest thing I had to a sister in school. We grew up together, you know?

After we graduated, I stuck around in Delhi but she went to London for 4 years and of course, we grew apart a little bit. BUT that happens with everyone. That's life. People grow up, have responsibilities. aren't able to talk enough but that doesn't mean the love isn't there. Love will always be there.

So, once she came back, we def met more, spoke more and ONE DAY, out of the BLUE, this madam says, "I'm getting married". She, who wasn't dating ANYONE, didn't even tell us about any guy because there was NO GUY, she suddenly gets up and says I'm getting married?!?!
UFF.

I love her so much and her marriage was kind of emotional. When she was up there, getting married, I was having all these flashbacks of our school time and the things we did together. From there to now, looking at her get married was such a huge deal. It's honestly surreal. Also, euphoric.
The only person I'd ever cry for and I did. (I don't cry in public ever, I rarely cry to be honest)

Now, I was in mussoorie, attending my other bestfriend- Simran's wedding. Her wedding was ALSO on 7th July which I couldn't attend because I flew down to attend saras's wedding. I attended her other functions like mehendi, cocktail, dhol etc.
Wedding, I came to delhi which saras had NO IDEA about cause ofc, I told her I don't know if I'll be able to make it you know? However, I would obv NOT miss her wedding so I came and ta-da, she was quite happy!
Can't believe she's married. So happy for her!
