President-elect Biden transition begins - as Trump hails stock market rally

President Trump has appeared in the Rose Garden of the White House for the annual “pardoning of the turkey” ceremony ahead of the Thanksgiving celebration. (Subscribe: https://bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)

President Trump has also reluctantly agreed to the transition of powers to President-elect Joe Biden.

We’re joined from Washington DC by journalist and former speechwriter to President George W. Bush, David Frum.

He is a self-described "conservative Republican" and a vocal Trump critic. He has authored two books on the outgoing president, including, most recently, 'Trumpocalypse: Restoring American Democracy'.
