This “Locked” Intel CPU Is the Best Value Gaming PC in 2025

A lot of you are not going to like this one… but I really think this is the BEST value mid–high end gaming PC you can build right now!

At the core we’ve got the Intel Core Ultra 5 225F, on a simple B860M board, with a big 360mm AIO and fast DDR5 tuned properly. On paper it’s a “locked” and boring CPU. In practice, once you tweak the BIOS, power limits and memory, this thing can comfortably feed up to an RTX 5070 Ti or a used 4080 / RX 9700 XT
