You know we always love a good Single Section Sunday and today the Fulton is delivering just that. This 819 Sqft. home has a large amount of windows that bring in huge amounts of natural lighting that's sufficient enough for the whole house. The exterior of this home is in a our dreamy Garlic clove base accented with admiralty on the trim and porch posts. Carrying this same color scheme to the interior of the home, on the kitchen cabinets we did blue cabinets on the lower and white cabinets on the upper. Also on the front of the kitchen bar as well as an accent on the hutch we did Southern Yellow Pine shiplap. A big focal point in the home is the gorgeous wooden beam running from front to back of the home on the ceiling, this is just a simple touch we like to add to bring in more character in the home. Another luxury feature in the Fulton in that it has a built in space for a side-by-side washer and dryer. So if you didn't want to do a stackable this is a great floor plan to give you the option of side-by-sides.
