618-10 Project Revegetation Complete

Department of Energy (DOE) contractor CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company (CHPRC) has completed revegetation at Hanford’s 618-10 burial ground, the final step in remediation of what was once one of nuclear cleanup site’s most hazardous waste areas. The project represents the culmination of years of work to reduce a significant risk to groundwater and the nearby Columbia River.
