Hurricane Gloria - WJAR Providence (1985) - TV Special

"Gloria: The Storm" aired on WJAR Providence, recounting the hurricane's arrival and impact on Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts on September 27th, 1985. Great archival footage (from Benny's and Almac's stores!) is included here plus an analysis of the forecast as the Ocean State was spared from a repeat of the Wake of '38! (Though I do remember losing power for a bunch of days)...
