What if you already have a home loan?
Yes, you can apply but only if that loan was sanctioned on or after 01/09/2024.

How to proceed:
1. Read the guidelines and check your eligibility, before applying for home loan you can also talk to your bank manager (PSU banks are usually more aware of these schemes.)
2. Register and apply on the Unified Web Portal (https://pmaymis.gov.in/pmaymis2_2024/)
3. Your application will then be sent to your bank for processing
