Total Gym and Stamina X Circuit - ATG, Sissy Squats and Reverse Hypers
Trying to build a 3-4 minute full-body anaerobic circuit just to do when not doing Olympic weightlifting. Somewhat inspired by Peripheral Heart Action (PHA) from the days of yore. Also a little bit of Laird Hamilton, Don-whomever circuits.
Lower body cluster included ATG (knees over toes) lunges on most circuits using the cinder block in the background. Skipped on the one in the video.
