Recipe

350 gram Pasta
100 gram butter
100 gram plain flour
2.5 to 3 pint of milk
1/4 onion
1 or 2 garlic clove

1 small cauliflower
400 gram mature cheese
or Broccoli, peas or veg of your choice.

2 packets of Plain crisps
Parmesan.
