Today's card came about after I challenged myself to take a few items from the Limited Edition Holiday Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp and just play for a bit. I thought I would try stenciling some trees using the Tim Holtz Woodland Layering Stencil and then add snow using Texture Paste, and topping it off with Rock Candy glitter.

Even though my particular method of creating these trees wasn't fool proof, you could still make scenes like this. I would recommend using either Grit Paste (Tim assures me that it doesn't pick up color like Texture Paste so would be better for this application) or using a different type of ink (maybe Archival ink) or something that is more permanent.
