What is a Fasting Blood Sugar?

Having Diabetes can be daunting especially when you're not sure how to test, when to test and what it all means.

Here are some values of Fasting Blood Glucose (FBG) you may notice if you have the following:
✨No Diabetes less than 5.6
✨ Pre-Diabetes 5.6 - 6.9
✨Diabetes greater than 7

Always check with your doctor if you may be having symptoms of Insulin Resistance or Diabetes:
- Tired after meals

- Cravings sweets or hungrier than usual

- More thirsty than usual

- Urinating often without burning
