Best Meatloaf Ever - Quick and Easy Meatloaf - Weeknight Dinner Ideas - Easy 3 Ingredient Rolls
Thanks for stopping by my kitchen today, I just know you are gonna love this delicious meatloaf. I’ve been making it for my family for over 20 years! Give it a try and I am sure you will put it in your dinner rotation!
Mary’s Meatloaf
1 - 1 ½ lbs very lean hamburger meat
1 egg
1 small green pepper
1 small onion
1 small can tomato sauce
½ - ¾ cup oatmeal
Seasoning salt to taste
Mix all ingredients well and either make a loaf or spread out in a square baker. bake at 400-425 degrees until done (about 45 mins). Then mix up sauce and pour over top. Continue baking for an additional 10-15 minutes.
Sauce
1 small can tomato sauce
Brown sugar
Mustard
Vinegar
Mix up to taste

1 cup flour
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons mayo
Combine all ingredients, spoon into a greased muffin pan, make about 5 rolls. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until done and golden brown
