Hello from Scotland! its cold and icy outside ( -3C) but when its sunny its great to exercise outdoors.
I love to #Dance and I love #salsa. I create #dancecardioworkouts which feel more like fun rather than a workout. I also do live zoom sessions of #latindance and #fitness
