Empty Event - Reno Nevada

To showcase just how many event professionals have been affected by COVID
shutdowns, we are organizing an "Empty Event" in Downtown Reno as part
of a larger movement to gain the attention of Congress and the White House.
Setup includes the installation of empty tables facing an empty stage. Each
table is designed to represent the 1.2 Million Workers that make up the live
events industry in Nevada alone; including planners, caterers, florists,
suppliers, and sound & lighting technicians who are struggling to find work.
There are 12 million workers nationwide.
Live Events were the first to shut down and they will be the last to open.
