Goma At Home: Sikwate (Hot Chocolate Tablea) With Ensaymada For Merienda With Lucy

I love everything about Christmas- the festive mood, the bright lights, the cool breeze. And speaking of cool breeze, we may not have winter in the Philippines, but during this time of the year, many of us like having warm drinks.

Today, I will share with you my version of Sikwate or Hot Chocolate Tablea. The Sikwate that I use is from farmers in Ormoc. It’s a product that Lucy packaged nicely and it’s available at www.topiary.store.

The ingredients for this drink are
Pure Cacao / Tablea
Milk
Vanilla Extract
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Cayenne Pepper (Optional)
Cream
Ensaymada
