When we rescued Kobe we hoped we could help his eyesight so we went to an eye Dr specialist and they found Kobe's optic nerve didn't connect to his brain so no information is transferred. That's why Kobe almost looks like he can see. His eyeballs work but the cord isn't plugged in 😁. We love you Kobe.
