Created by Head Bartender, Clément Emery, The Dalmore Mahogany expertly infuses The Dalmore King Alexander III with Tonka beans and Pu-erh tea, before being blended with black cardamom liqueur and aged rum. For its final flourish, it is stirred with Palo Cortado sherry and aged tobacco grapa, with a final spritz of cedarwood essence added.
