Cambio Cumbre travelled to Melbourne, Victoria to defend their SFA title for the 2016/2017 SFA summer season. Cumbre were three time consecutive champions and looked to make it four in a row with the bolstered squad of Robbie Maiorana, Dean Lockhart, Jordan Guerreiro, Chris Zeballos, and Vinicius Leite as several senior players were unavailable for the tournament.
