install it

dgVoodoo: https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/DgVoodoo_2 program extract to the game you are trying to run and then run it in the directory of starlancer

Enable test mode via admin running command prompt type: bcdedit /set testsigning on

Driver Signature Enforcement overrider 1.3b then extract and run it: http://www.ngohq.com/?page=dseo

Create a StarLancer.bat file:
imagecfg -u lancer.exe
imagecfg -u lancer.icd
imagecfg -a 0x1 lancer.exe
imagecfg -a 0x1 lancer.icd
pause
