Canada Day just past a couple of days ago, and I was looking for a good version of our national anthem, "O Canada". I found several I liked, but the quality was not what I had hoped for. So I decided to take this opportunity to make my own, explore a couple of plugins in After Effects (Audio Spectrum, and Video Copilot's Element 3D and Optical Flares), and to see how my CPU would fair against rendering its first full 4K composition.

Note: This song was arranged in 2001, before the official change in the lyrics of "all thy sons" to "all of us". The lyrics here show the updated version.
