I Took a FOOD SENSITIVITY Test ... am I Allergic to Anything?

Do you ever feel awful after you eat certain foods? Even foods you used to like? Well, it may be because of a food allergy you are not aware of. So, today, I decided to take a food sensitivity test to see what foods my body can't tolerate. What foods do you think I'll be allergic to??? COMMENT BELOW!

A few years ago I got super sick and wasn’t able to eat very many foods without feeling nauseous. Since then, that I've struggled with many supposed food intolerances and sensitivities and I thought it was about time I took a test to see what it says!

I chose years ago to not eat red meat and a few other foods, but figured this was a good base for me to see what my body reacts to and other foods I may need to avoid!

The kit came in the mail and had very thorough instructions on how/where to prick my finger! It was like an at-home science experiment lol. I was surprised by some of the results for sure!! I’m not sure what I’ll do with the information haha ( I love ice cream too much ), but it is good to get an idea of what foods make me feel sick!
