Canon G7x mark ii NTSC OR PAL?

Last few days I went out with my friend both bringing our Canon G7x mark ii. Then we found out that there are differences between the video format NTSC and PAL. and this is why I create this video for you guys as reference.

NTSC 1/100 NO flashing
NTSC 1/125 FLASHING
NTSC 1/160 HEAVY FLASHING
NTSC 1/200 HEAVY FLASHING
PAL 1/100 NO flashing
PAL 1/125 NO flashing
PAL 1/160 NO flashing
PAL 1/200 NO flashing

Slow motion test
NTSC 1/100 slow motion smooth
NTSC 1/125 slow motion smooth but flash
PAL 1/100 slow motion less smooth
PAL 1/125 slow motion less smooth
