BEST Budget Low Recoil RPK-16 - Excellent Budget Build - Escape From Tarkov

This is the RPK-16 Build you guys have been asking for now that so many things are different after the latest patch of 12.9! So much has changed with what in slots are meta or not and how attachments act on weapons as well as changes to the weapons themselves. Stoked to start making more gun builds based on the new items and weapons so most definitely be on the lookout for more Budget and Meta builds! This build is great for PVE or PVP and doesn't break the bank! This might be one of the most underrated budget builds in escape from tarkov right now.
