Frankie Manning dances with Loren Schoenberg's Big Band

It's impossible to truly appreciate the great big band music of the 1930's and 40's if you haven't either played it for or watched great dancers express the terpsichorean urge (as Ellington called it).
Here is Frankie Manning and Margaret Batiochuk dancing to BIG JOHN SPECIAL (as arranged by Horace Henderson for Benny Goodman) during one of the magic nights that the New York Swing Dance Society held at NY's The Cat Club back in the 1980's.
