TABLESPOON OF GARLIC POWDER

BOULLION STOCK
BLACK PEPPER
SALT
HOT CURRY POWDER
PAPRIKA
THYME
OREGANO
4 TOMATOS
2 RED BELL PEPPERS
3 ONIONS
1 OR 2 SCOTCH BONNET CHILLI
BASMATI RICE
AVOCADO
