Cacao Lab Origins - Episode 5: Keeping Traditional Cacao Farming Alive

In this fifth episode, Cacao Lab co-founders Fede and Florencia Fridman visit their partner Don Garcia and his family to see how his traditional cultivation process yields some of the very best Cacao they've found. At his beautiful finca in the highlands of Manabí, heirloom Cacao trees mingle with flowers and fruit trees that impart incredible flavor upon his Cacao beans. A true Garden of Eden.

Later, they head down the road to visit both agricultural innovator David Sanchez and long-time Cacao producer Don Santiago, contrasting cutting-edge sustainable agriculture with the multi-generational tradition that is Ecuadorian Cacao.
