PoE 2 Offline Trade – Don’t Scam Yourself!

Grinding Gear Games just introduced the new offline trade system in Path of Exile 2: Rise of the Abyssal League (0.3). On paper, it’s amazing — buyers can join your hideout and purchase your item even when you’re offline. But there’s one huge problem: you can easily scam yourself without realizing it.

In this video, I explain why the new PoE 2 trade system can be dangerous, especially if you’re unsure about item prices. In the old system, if you underpriced an item, spam whispers gave you a chance to fix the price. Now, with offline trades, an underpriced item will be gone instantly.

👉 My advice: if you’re not 100% sure of your item’s value, don’t list it in the offline trade system right away. Use the old method first, then move it once you’re confident.
