Chengdu: A trade hub on the silk railroad

The two-episode series The Silk Railroad is the first-ever co-production by CGTN and National Geographic Channel (NGC). It is co-presented by British historian Sam Willis and CGTN reporter Li Qiuyuan. They investigate how the China Railway Express is benefitting the countries and people along the route of the Belt and Road. In the second episode, the reporters visit another key stop on this network, Chengdu, in Sichuan Province.
