Dancing Cop - University of Pennsylvania

Officer Johnson at the University of Pennsylvania loves his job and really knows how to put on a great show! We will miss him when he retires. He did tell me the other day, however, he will be back with a fast car and run all the red lights keeping the cops he left behind busy. :)
