Trip Around the World Without Flights: World Cruise on a $60 Budget

We attempted to take a cruise around the world while maintaining a low budget of $60 per person, per day. This video shows the travel highlights from our 300-day trip entirely around the world. We were able to achieve a cheap world cruise through the most expensive countries and cities around the globe while living in luxury yet on a tight budget.

This unique trip around the world without flights began in Halifax, Nova Scotia, before progressing entirely across Canada and US. Then we cruised with Holland America from Vancouver to Japan, then to South Korea and China. A series of two cruises (Celebrity, then Costa) from Hong Kong to Italy got us to Europe, where to travel to England for a final cruise using the brand new Norwegian Bliss to get back to Halifax and thus completing the trip around the world without flights, using these cheap world cruise segments.
