Wake Up Well: Live Simple & Accessible Morning Yoga Practice

You’re invited to this week’s Wake Up Well Live — a simple, accessible practice to help you ease into your day.

This session is designed to be gentle and doable, wherever you’re starting from. No pushing, no pressure — just a chance to move, notice, and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll move through easy, mindful patterns, with the breath gently woven throughout — softening, lengthening the exhale, and allowing the body and breath to settle together as you go.

This isn’t about exercise or getting it right. It’s about showing up as you are.
Suitable for those with M.E., this practice can be done from a cushion, a chair, or even in bed.

• Space to move at your own pace
• A short, settling practice to close
