Bring any LDCA you want.
Blue Aura on Steam boss = you need to delay for 2 turns to negate the aura.
Red Aura on Cannon boss = you need to launch with magic attack.

If you don't have Quistis, then bring any LDCA that can delay such as Seymour, Cloud or Leo.
If you don't have Cid Raines, you can bring Selphie and put her Rapture debuff on the boss and use magic attacker to launch.
