HIGH PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS #shorts #breakfast

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup soy milk or milk of choice
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon peanut butter
Drizzle of honey

Toppings:
Berries
Chopped dark chocolate (optional)

Instructions:
7. To a mason jar with lid, add oats, soy milk, chia seeds, protein powder and
honey or other sweetener) and stir with a spoon to combine.
8. Cover securely with a lid and set in the refrigerator overnight (or for at least
6 hours)
