This video is a trade recap/review going over my strategy/thought process on a some trades we took this week so far on the S&P 500 (SPY /ES) and NASDAQ (QQQ /NQ) along with some market context. The past couple of days have provided very good trading opportunities on both sides of the market all based off using supply & demand imbalances and using price and volume to confirm each trade. Multiple different setups, multiple different ways to trade it.

We will FIRST go over the action from Tuesday where we FINALLY moved out of balance. We wanted to take the reaction after weak buyers at demand and new supply forming right at that level. /NQ QQQ /ES SPY all got below PM lows where we took short (puts) targeting the nearest demand zone. My QQQ puts went from $1.03 to $1.53 in a matter of 7 minutes. About 30 minutes later, they went over $4 !!

On Monday, /ES /NQ SPY QQQ present good opportunities on both the long and short side.
