Web search an older version of Itunes (example Itunes 12.0) Download the app on your PC (Mac/Windows 64bit). RUN/OPEN iTunes Setup. REMINDER: UNCHECK "AUTOMATICALLY UPDATE iTUNES and other Apple software" (it can be found in the prompt box Installation Options, please take time to read the prompt boxes during execution of installation setup. thanks. :) )
When you're in the home page, click App Store tab.
Type in the search box the name of the app you want.
Click Get/Download. Sign in using your Apple ID.
After it downloaded, go to your Iphone 4 app store.
Search the same app you've downloaded on PC.
