Mercury Outboard Prop Swap & Speed Comparison

Taking our West Marine PHP-275 inflatable dinghy for some test runs with a Mercury 6hp outboard. We were having trouble getting the boat to plane with the original 8” pitch prop, so tested a quicker 6” pitch Solas prop. I also review the Doel-fin hydrofoil which was also installed and how to change the propeller on the little Mercury outboard. Join us for the fun!
