Realty Income Corp (O) REIT Stock Analysis - Stock Is DOWN 32%!! Time To Buy This Dividend REIT?

On today's video we take a look at one of the most recognizable and widely held REIT stocks in the market - Realty Income Corporation "The Monthly Dividend Company" ticker symbol O. The company just reported earnings after the bell today and the shares gave back most of the gains they had during the regular trading session. Shares of O are down nearly 32% and it appears the shares are reaching a zone where they will either bounce - or fall even lower. Right now the stock has about a 5% dividend yield, making it attractive from that sense, however the fact so many of its tenants are struggling might mean that the shares of O stock stay low for a while.
