Brittany Ferries 40 years | Ferries & Holidays to France & Spain

Brittany Ferries started trading in January 1973, primarily to export vegetables from Western Brittany to the UK. Over the years our Breton origins have developed into a major transport network linking 10 ports in the UK, France, Spain and Ireland - now carrying nearly 2.5 million passengers, 800 thousand cars and 195 thousand trucks each year.

This film tells the story with insight from people involved in the early days and right through to the present day.
