Recorded on February 1, 2022 in the county of Florence, South Carolina. @RogueNationAudits and I went to the county administrator to get a copy of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). They denied us access to the record and tried to make us go through the Freedom Of Information Act process even though that record is exempt and must be produced immediately. After they called the cops on us, we educated them all and they finally stopped resisting and complied.
