Raz NEW BUILD after the Item Changes! (Hard Carry VS Conquerors) | Arena of Valor

Raz is still the best mage in Arena of Valor even on the newest patch with all the mage items being changed! Raz even got a slight nerf yet he still prevails as the definitive strongest mage hero in AOV. I came up with a new build which is in my opinion the best build for Raz after this update of AOV. Evil Secrets fit Raz perfectly with his flat magic pierce on s2 and makes him even more OP than he used to be! I skip out on Phoenix Tear now because Vlad's Impaler is just over all a better item for Raz now to sustain in lane, since the buildpath was changed. We're also going to be playing against very good players this game, among them is the Server's best Kriknak.
