Superconducting Summer Physics Research 2007 - Part 2

From the Low Temperature Lab: A student's description of his summer research while working at Ithaca College during the summer of 2007. This work was done in the Low Temperature Lab in the Physics Department at IC. This part shows how we photolithographically pattern the superconducting thin films at the Cornell Nanoscale Science and Technology Facility, then etch then in the ion mill at Cornell, and finally we thermally evaporate gold onto the contact pads.
